Kylie Jenner alludes to “barely” being ’90s baby since she was born during the tail end of the 90s. In a new interview with Elle UK. The 18-year-old star (she was born in 1997, we did the math) covers the magazine’s February issue wearing very little makeup. The rising star talks about her favorite emojis and candidly confessing to never watching a single episode of Friends and couldn’t name a character on the hit show. She also reveals the special special bond she has with Justin Bieber.
