Abigail Ratchford, a successful model and entrepreneur, recently spoke with Men’s Fitness about relationships, fitness, and social media.

Regarding men and relationships, Ratchford acknowledged that some men may be intimidated by successful women, but she believes that a successful woman would want a partner who is equally ambitious and successful.

She advised men to invest in themselves and focus on their own careers or passions in order to become more confident and attractive to women.

Ratchford revealed that she prefers someone who is laid-back and funny, with a sense of humor, over someone who tries too hard. She also wished that men would put more effort into relationships and communicate more, rather than relying too much on texting or social media.

Ratchford said she likes guys who don’t try too hard and have an understated, casual style. She emphasized the importance of building one’s own brand and promoting one’s own products on social media rather than relying on endorsement deals
