Tom Ford’s $75 million Ranch on the market

Probably wanting to drop the place after purchasing a $53 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, fashion designer and film director, Tom Ford, decides to put his old home into the market. The living space is a total of 20,652 acres, stables big enough to fit 8 horses, 2 riding rings, a structure created by award winning Japanese Architect Tadao Ando, and an actual movie set from movies 3:10, Yuma, and Thor: the Dark World.

Officially known as the Cerro Pelon (bald hill) Ranch and located in the Galisteo Basin of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Falling in love with the property, and the town where he grew up in when he was younger, he wants buyers to understand the importance of the light within the house saying, “The light is so strong that I wanted someone who would understand the importance of it. Also, a previous owner was William Powell.

Seventy-five million dollars is a lot for some in New Mexico but it is expected that someone out-of-state will make the purchase.
